Admin & settings

Manage personal settings, organisation settings, fleet, calendars, platform administration, and security.

Account settings overview

Your personal settings area includes:

  • Profile — personal details and avatar
  • Preferences — module defaults and behaviour, including Navigation preferences
  • Appearance — interface presentation
  • Security — password and MFA controls

In Settings → Preferences → Navigation, users can set a default landing page, choose sidebar visibility for allowed sections, remember expanded/collapsed sidebar state, and reset to defaults.

These settings apply to your account only. They never override org feature controls, RBAC permissions, or project membership rules.

Organisation settings and fleet

Access org settings via Organisation in the sidebar.

Key areas: - General — organisation details and internal domain - Members — invite, remove, change roles - Fleet — organisation plant assets linked to the Plant Library - Billing — plan visibility and subscription state - Role Templates — create and edit custom project role templates

Project schedule & calendar settings

Each project has its own scheduling calendar configured under Project Settings → Schedule.

Calendar presets (auto-fill all fields when selected): - 5-8 Mon–Fri, 8 hours — Mon–Fri, 8h/day, 08:00–17:00 - 5-10 Mon–Fri, 10 hours — Mon–Fri, 10h/day, 07:00–17:00 *(default for new projects)* - 7-12 Mon–Sun, 12 hours — Mon–Sun, 12h/day, 06:00–18:00 - 7-24 Mon–Sun, 24 hours — Mon–Sun, 24h/day, night shift enabled - Custom — set everything manually

FS successor start — controls how the Gantt schedules successors after a predecessor finishes: - *Next working day* — skips weekends/non-working dates (standard for most projects) - *Next calendar day* — no skipping (use for 24/7 operations where every day is a working day)

Non-working dates — add public holidays and shutdown periods. These are skipped when calculating FS constraints.

Platform administration and login history

Platform super users get access to the dedicated Administration area.

It includes: - Overview - Organisations - Users - Projects - AI usage - Audit Log - Login History

Login History records every authentication attempt with success/failure, IP, browser details, and failure reason.

Setting up 2FA and security controls

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a one-time code requirement at login.

  1. Go to Settings → Security.
  2. Click Enable 2FA.
  3. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.).
  4. Enter the 6-digit code to confirm.

Once enabled, every login will prompt for a TOTP code after your password.

To disable, go back to Settings → Security and click Disable 2FA — you'll need to enter your current TOTP code to confirm.

Billing and subscription management

Go to Organisation → Billing to view the current subscription state.

Plans available: - Free — 1 active project or operations workspace, up to 10 users, 5 GB document storage - Pro — $50/month, up to 10 active projects or operations, unlimited users, 50 GB document storage - Enterprise — $150/month, up to 30 active projects or operations, unlimited users, 150 GB document storage

Plan, invoice, and payment updates are handled through TaskRox billing operations for the workspace.
