Sales, pricing and plan questions
Ask about Pro ($50 AUD / user / month + GST) or Enterprise ($100 AUD / user / month + GST), annual prepay, seat counts, invoice billing or which plan fits your team. Only Owner, Admin and Member users are billable; viewer-tier members and external contacts are free.
Trials and the live demo
You do not need to contact us to try TaskRox. Open the live demo from any page with no sign-up, or start a 14-day trial with no credit card. Contact us if you want a guided walkthrough for your team.
Product support for existing customers
Email us with your organisation name, the project and module involved, and what you expected to happen. Most how-to questions are answered in the documentation and the user manual. Enterprise plans include a priority support SLA.
Onboarding and moving from another tool
Tell us what you use now and what you need to bring across. The Gantt import reads Microsoft Project (.mpp, .xml), Primavera P6 (.xer) and spreadsheet (.xlsx, .csv) schedules. The comparison pages describe the switching path from each common tool.
