What TaskRox covers and how existing data comes across.
Who is TaskRox for?
TaskRox is project management software for construction, civil, mining and infrastructure teams. It covers finite projects and ongoing operations, for roles from project managers and site engineers to QA, safety, document control and cost teams.
Which modules are included?
Every paid plan includes all 32 project modules, including Gantt, Kanban, Documents, RFI, QA, HSE, MOC, Daily Reports, Budget, Correspondence, E-Signature and Reports. There are no module bundles or per-module add-ons.
Does TaskRox handle QA test requests, ITPs and NCRs?
Yes. The QA module covers test requests with a secure results link for the tester, ITPs with hold and witness points and a lot sign-off grid, and NCRs that can be raised pre-filled from a failed test request. Lots close out against evidence checks, with a close-out pack filed as a PDF.
Is there a free ITP template builder?
Yes. The ITP builder at taskrox.com/itp is free and does not need an account. You can start blank or from a reviewed starter and export to XLSX or PDF.
Can I import my schedule from Microsoft Project or Primavera P6?
Yes. The Gantt module imports Microsoft Project (.mpp, .xml, .mpt and .mpx) and Primavera P6 (.xer) files, plus Excel or CSV files through a column-mapping step. The imported schedule uses the TaskRox critical path engine with all four dependency types, lag and working-day calendars.
Can documents be signed inside TaskRox?
Yes. E-Signature routes documents to internal and external signers in sequence, checks signatory authority, and produces a tamper-evident digitally signed PDF with a Certificate of Completion. It is included in every paid plan.
Is there a mobile app?
TaskRox has an Android app for field teams, covering tasks, QA, HSE, daily reports and photos, documents, messaging and approvals, plant and workforce browsing, a Site Pass QR code and offline sync. It is a direct download from the Android page while Google Play availability is pending. There is no iOS app; TaskRox itself runs in the web browser.
