Searching the Plant Library
The Plant Library holds specifications for 1,064 construction equipment models from 91 manufacturers. Search matches words in the manufacturer, model name, size description and category, so a query such as a brand name, a model number or a type of machine all work. Enter at least two characters; suggestions appear as you type and pressing Enter shows every match. A query that names a category, such as excavator or grader, also brings in the models filed under that category.
Narrowing the results
- Category, then the size or descriptor values recorded within it.
- Environment and application, such as surface or underground work and earthmoving or lifting.
- Manufacturer, with the number of matching models beside each name.
- Operating weight in tonnes, power in kilowatts and production year ranges.
- Sort by weight, power or year in either direction, or by manufacturer name.
Results show 24 models per page. Each card gives the manufacturer, model, production years, size description, operating weight and power where recorded. Open a card for the full specification sheet, or tick its compare box to add it to a side-by-side comparison of up to four models.
